Open Arms is made up of volunteers who are adoptive parents so they have personally experienced the adoption process. Our executive director, Deborah Maw, is your primary contact at Open Arms to International Adoption.  She works with a variety of consultants and many volunteers to ensure that prospective adoptive families have access to a support system that will make your adoption process as smooth as possible
