bulletOctober 18, 2008 –- FCC Toronto invites you to a special screening of the new documentary film "Long Wait for Home" at 1:45 p.m. at the S. Walter Stewart Library (Coxwell and Danforth area). Pre-registration is required for this event. Click here for a registration form. Dr Changfu Chang, the film's producer/writer/director will be present at the screening to share information about the making of the film and to lead a question and answer session afterwards. Dr Chang is associate professor of communications at Millersville University of Pennsylvania. Long Wait for Home is a 50 minute film, the culmination of five years of research and 100 hours of footage by Dr. Chang and his crew. The film profiles three birth families, several orphanages and presents Chinese views on international adoption.
